Main Training Area
Our main training area is the heart of our facility. It's here that you'll find an expansive training area, flooded with natural light, and ideally suited for our karate classes. The layout and features of this space are ideal to cater to the specific needs of karate enthusiasts. The open layout provides ample room for practicing katas, self defense and sparring. Secondary Training Area
Complementing our main training area, we have a second sizeable space dedicated to our Fitness Kickboxing and Yoga programs. This supplementary space is designed to provide even more versatility and options to help our clients reach their goals.
